Are any of your
products safe for puppies?
Yes. Please try our
Natural Shampoo Bar, which is mild
and unscented and great for puppies or mature dogs with sensitive skin, or our
Unscented Oatmeal Dog Shampoo. All
of our shampoos are mild and non-irritating, but you should not use
products with fragrances or essential oils on small puppies.
Are any of your
products safe for cats?
Yes. We feel sorry for
you. If you must shampoo your cat, please try the same products
recommended for puppies. DO NOT USE PRODUCTS CONTAINING ESSENTIAL OILS
OR FRAGRANCES ON CATS OR ANIMALS OTHER THAN DOGS. It may lead to death
as their systems cannot tolerate such products. Most essential oils are
safe and pleasant for use on humans and dogs in the proper dosages, but
cats possess unique bodies which cannot remove essential oils from their
systems, causing them to be easily overdosed by these natural products.
What is the
best shampoo for a sensitive dog or a dog with dry skin?

What do the
scents smell like?
All of our scents are
light and very true to nature as they are essential oils, made from pure
plant material. Lavender is feminine and floral, Orange Valencia has a spicy smell, though it is more
strongly orange scented and also works as a great deodorizer.
Are your products all natural?
We list all ingredients
here on our website, on each product page. We use high quality
ingredients that are mild enough for dogs. We use many botanical and
natural ingredients, and we include a small percentage of human grade
preservative in our liquid products to keep bacteria and mold from
contaminating the product. We think it is the obligation of grooming
product manufacturers to list ingredients, so that if your dog has an
allergy, you will be able to select products that will not bother her.
Our liquid shampoos use a organic natural liquid soap base, which we believe is
less irritating than the inexpensive detergents commonly used in other
dog shampoos. Our shampoo bar is made with all organic
ingredients. All of our ingredients are listed on that particular
product page.
Are any of your
products insect repelling?
All of our essential oil
products may all have insect repelling properties, but we do not use any
chemical insect repellants in our products. Please do not replace your
monthly flea treatment without consulting your veterinarian.
Can you ship
outside the US?
We do ship outside the USA for wholesale customers only. We cannot ship
outside the USA for retail customers.
What is the
moisture on the shampoo bars?
The moisture is organic oils being
drawn out of the bar into the air.
